Terms and Conditions 567f — Full Platform Terms of Use

Access to and use of the 567f platform is subject to acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance takes place when the user completes the registration process by clicking the confirmation button or by beginning to use any feature of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use 567f's services. Continued use of the platform following any update to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

To create an account on 567f and use the Sports Betting and casino services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be registered on any bettor exclusion list (such as the Cadastro de Proteção ao Apostador — CPA);
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of an employee of 567f or its direct business partners;
• Have full legal capacity as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code.

Registration requires the following information: full name, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, and password. Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. False data may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Each 567f account is personal and non-transferable. Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential — including their password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes when enabled.

567f strongly recommends that users:

• Use a strong, unique password that you don't use for any other personal accounts;
• Enable two-factor authentication available in your account dashboard;
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, even people you trust;
• Log out when using the platform on shared devices.

The platform may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents are: national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or a valid passport, along with a recent proof of address. Review takes up to 48 business hours.

All 567f balances are held and operated exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL). No foreign currency conversion is performed by the platform.

Accepted deposit methods:

Sports Betting on 567f covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international competitions), MMA and UFC, volleyball (Superliga, Liga das Nações), e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), and basketball (NBB), among others.

Minimum bet: R$ 2.00 per ticket (single or multiple).

Bet confirmation: Once confirmed by the user, the bet slip is recorded at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. 567f does not alter the odds of already-confirmed bet slips, except in cases of documented technical error or event cancellation.

Cancellation and refund:

• If an event is canceled before it starts, all bets are voided and the amount is returned to the account balance;
• If an event is suspended after it has started, settlement will depend on the stage reached and the sport-specific rules published in the platform's rules section;
• Bets on events that do not meet the minimum playing time set by 567f's rules for that sport will be voided.

Live betting: Live betting odds update in real time. 567f may suspend live betting markets during key moments in a game — such as goals, penalties, or red cards — to protect market integrity. Bets submitted while a market is temporarily suspended may not be accepted.

The deadline to dispute the outcome of a settled bet is 30 days from the settlement date. After this period, the result is considered final.

567f may close or suspend an account in the following situations:
